1. Referral Submission
- To participate, you must submit referrals exclusively via our referral form on the Refer page.
- You must have obtained explicit, prior permission from the person you’re referring before submitting their details.
2. Reward Structure
Refer either a Candidate or a Client, and receive one of the following:

| Candidate | £500 (gift card or charity) |
| Client | 10% off your next hire or £500 cash |
Rewards are only issued after a successful placement (candidate placed or client engagement initiated).
3. Eligibility & Limitations
- Form-Only: Rewards are valid only for referrals submitted via our official form—direct applications or insider contacts don’t count.
- Uniqueness: Referrals already known to us or previously registered are not eligible.
- First Referrer Wins: If multiple people refer the same individual, the reward goes to whoever’s referral directly leads to a placement.
- Local Eligibility: Referrals must be eligible to work in the UK.
4. Timeline
- To qualify, referrals must be placed or engaged within 12 months of referral submission.
- Rewards may be paid quarterly, once the referred candidate or client fulfills placement or engagement criteria.
- No reward is payable until that placement or engagement has occurred.
5. Communication & Disputes
- We will contact you directly regarding reward arrangements upon placement confirmation.
- In case of any dispute, Place Recruitment’s decision is final.
6. Exclusions
No reward will be paid if:
- The referral form wasn’t submitted.
- The referred individual was already registered.
- The person applied directly (not via the referral).
7. Changes to Terms
Place Recruitment reserves the right to update or withdraw these referral terms and conditions at any time, without notice.
