Here's an opportunity for you to join a small Customer Success team (2) and be the third hire to help improve customer retention on their SaaS product
Since '15 they've grown organically, but have recently taken their first VC investment.
You'll be giving the autonomy to own customer accounts, nurture the relationships and hopefully increase revenue on each account.
The team is scaling from 15 to 30 over the next two years, so you'll naturally take on more responsibility as they grow
To be successful in this position, you'll need to spot fires BEFORE the smoke aka work proactively rather than reactively.
You'll work on site in their new, modern office based in Cardiff.
We'll be organising interviews WC 7TH.
